Make an Appointment
We're accepting new paients. We have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site.
You can call us directly to make an appointment by calling 603.882.3001 during buisness hours (Monday thru Thursday, 8am to 5pm)
To get a same day appointment, call us as early in the day as possible.
We support reserving time with our providers with patient commitment to present for that appointed time. We have a very sophisticated electronic appointment reminder system to notify you of your scheduled appointment in advance thru EMAIL and TEXT reminders. We ask you to select the CONFIRM option at that time to verify, should you be unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call us as soon as you know. If you do not have that technology, don't worry, we can still make a call to the phone you have on file with our office. Should you have a conflict and need to make a change to the reservation with our office, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can find a more suitable appointment for you. It is important to allow us at least 2 business days notice as this allows our administration time to contact other patients who may be on our ASAP list or paitents who may be waitiing to see their provider of choice in your stead. Thank you for your consideration in making best use of our providers appointment times.
Should you need to transfer your dental records into our office, please download complete and sign the Dental Records Release Form. This allows our office to communicate with your former offices in order to gather records and xray film history so we can use those films with a transfer release to save you from having additional films taken should Dr. Bobbitt be able to utilize those films for his diagnostic purposes. Most bitewings on file are good for 1 year, a full mouth series of x-rays, commonly referred to as an FMX can be used for a 3-5 year span, a Panorex may also be used for a 3-5 year span and a CBCT (CatScan) may be used depending on the presented condition. Should our office need additional diagnostic records, we will advise you accordingly. Should you want to help in the access of those records, it is helpful to send your Dental Records Release Form in advance of your scheduled appointemnt so our administration has time to reach out to the noted office. Please submit that form to [email protected]
New Patient Registration: Please download our new paient forms and bring the completed forms to your appointment. If you prefer to send them in advance, you may send them to [email protected] It is helpful to have the records transfer form in advance should you like us to contact your previous office for any useful films on file so we only need to update your film records for diagnostic purposes. Should you prefer mail, please let our adminstrators know and we'd be happy to mail out those forms to your address.
After Hours Care:
When our office is closed you can reach Dr. Bobbitt by calling our office at 603.882.3001 and you will be directed to leave a message as a backup and given a direct cellphone contact for Dr. Bobbitt or a covering provider.
